Thanks for getting back to me, Christiaan. Re your questions:
1- When I hover over a link, it does display the URL, but I've found no
action I can take (click, double click, right click, etc.) that opens that
webpage.
2- Sorry about the "Help" error. When I launched Skim "Help," and searched
on "hyperlink," it also displayed results for iWeb. I mistakenly thought
that was part of Skim. I now see that it is not.
I've attached the document. If you open it using Adobe or even Preview, all
the links work. But, not opening with Skim. - at least for me. Seems
something is amiss here.
PS: Although the file was designated to open using Skim, for some reason it
shows the Adobe icon.

Hyperlinks in Skim Are Inactive; Can't Activate...
I just started using Skim and am impressed with what I will be able to do.
BUT, using Skim, the hyperlinks in my pdf docs are inactive.
Generally, links work. Why it would not work in your particular case I
really cannot say without seeing it or more detailed information.
You also don't see anything after hovering over the links?
"Help" says I should be able to "View" an "Inspector" to make them active, but
it is not a View option.
I have no idea what you;re talking about, there is nothing in the Help about
links.
I have the latest version.
