[Skim-app-users] Adjusting page numbers for export?

Is it possible to adjust the page numbers in the notes window? The highlighted text and colors can be edited here, but doing this with page numbers would be great, as sometimes the pages numbers are not the actual page numbers from the document. Editing the page numbers after exporting the highlights is only an unsatisfactory work around.
Thanks for any hints on improving the workflow!

Not sure what you mean exactly. Are you talking about the notes window displaying a .skim file? That cannot be edited, these are the actual page indexes, and changing those would put the nots on the wrong page. The page label (i.e. user visible page number, which is not necessarily the same as the page index) is not known by the notes and therefore is not part of the notes data, this is part of the PDF data. It is possible to change the way the text representation of the notes data (export notes as text or rtf) is exported.
