Thanks for the great app.

I have been using Skim in combination with Textmate for editing Latex documents for a while. Until recently, upon the first change to the document on disk, I was asked if I wanted to revert automatically to the latest version on disk, and could then see my changes as I compiled anew the document.

For some reason, I have lost this functionality on one of my machines. When reverting manually (through file -> revert) the app asks to confirm as it considers there are unsaved changes to the file. This is probably what prevents auto-reloading — it happens even with a newly opened file, and, obviously without me making any annotation or changes to the document.

I am using a case-sensitive ExtFS file system, but the rest of the setup is pretty standard (OS X Yosemite, Skim 1.4.15 (89)). The same version works like a charm on my other computer running El Capitan but without a case sensitive FS.

Any clue what might be the problem?

This has been discussed on this list. It will be fixed in the next release. For now you may also use a hidden pref.
