[Skim-app-users] Shortcut to change default color for freehand annotations?

Is there a shortcut for changing the default color of freehand annotations?
The only way I know how to do this is to go through the preference menu,
selecting free hand and then the color. This is not very useful when
making presentations (in full screen mode) and wanting to insert live
annotations in different colors...

No, there isn't.

You may want to use AppleScript for this.
